INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING A SPIRIT AWARDS NOMINATION
For your convenience, the following Spirit Award nomination form is available online:
NOMINATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED!
- Nomination form sample is available here, for the questions that wiill be asked on the online form).
- You will be able to choose the category you are submitting within the online form.

Don't forget to submit one headshot photo of each nominee, in jpg format. Please submit via Dropbox to the GTHA by the nomination deadline of Friday, September 29, 2023 at 12 noon.

- You do not need a Dropbox account in order to submit.
Late nominations will NOT be accepted past the NOMINATION DEADLINE IS: Friday, September 29, 2023 at 12 noon.
